For this reason, it produces grapes, and therefore wine, with different organoleptic characteristics. It is aged in oak 12 months, after two years it acquires the right to the DOCG wine denomination.
Ruby red with garnet highlights, the nose reveals an intense olfactory profile, characterized by pleasant hints of violet and marasca cherry, currant and wild strawberry. On the palate it is full and velvety, delicately tannic and very persistent.
