Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature 26/28 ° C for 20 days conducted with indigenous yeasts naturally present on the grapes, spontaneous malolactic fermentation during refining.
Aging at least 6 months in French oak barrels of 3rd – 4th passage and 6 months in bottle.
This wine is bottled without being filtered or treated for clarification in order to preserve its integrity.

The deep, dark and consistent color opens the way to explosive aromas outlined by a vibrant balsamic vein combined with notes of small red fruits, licorice and spices. The taste is velvety and enveloping, but very drinkable, with a harmonious and balanced finish.
