Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with 26/28 ° C temperature for 22 days conducted with indigenous yeasts naturally present on the grapes, spontaneous malolactic fermentation during refining.
Aging at least 12 months in French oak barriques of 2nd – 3rd passage and 6 months in bottle.
This wine is bottled without being filtered or treated for clarification in order to preserve its integrity.
The color is deep ruby red, on the nose the typical notes of cassis, currants and ripe red fruit are embellished with notes of cinnamon, coffee and tobacco that contribute to its great elegance and aromatic breadth. The mouth is juicy, sweet with well-polished tannin supported by a long finish.
