The Maronea expresses the perfect union between the Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc vineyards with the unique cultivation conditions of Bolgheri. The grapes come from 5 different vineyards to express the full potential of our vineyards on the via bolgherese, in the area of ferrugini and sondraie where the different combinations of soil and vine create a unique final blend.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with 26/28 ° C temperature for 25 days conducted with indigenous yeasts naturally present on the grapes, spontaneous malolactic fermentation during refining.
Aging 18 months in French oak barriques of 1 ° – 2 ° medium roasting step followed by 6 months in bottle.
This wine is bottled without being filtered or treated for clarification in order to preserve its integrity.

The color is deep red in color, the notes of ripe fruit, coffee and truffle stand out on the nose. To read animal notes, they are bound to a concentrated, rich and important mouth typical of the great Cabernet and which allows the aging for years in the bottle during which the wine acquires elegance and definition typical of the great Bolgheresi red wines.
