The Chianti Classico of Castello di Uzzano is born in vineyards located in the hills of Greve in Chianti, Tuscany. It is produced with pure Sangiovese grapes and the must is kept in fermentation for about 15 days, checking and stabilizing the temperature at 20 – 22 ° C. The wine has been improved in all the years, so it is placed for 6 months in wooden barrels for the development of tertiary aromas both natural and not aggressive, leaving the Sangiovese typicality. Choose in wine refined in bottle before being marketed.

This Chianti Classico is characterized by a bright ruby red color, tending to garnet with aging. The nose opens with intensely vinous hints and floral notes of violets; in the aging phase the perfumes take on a pronounced character of finesse. The taste is harmonious and dry, sapid and slightly tannic, and is refined with time becoming soft and velvety.
